Review in Australian ABC

Mona, a debut novel from the Swedish writer Dan Sehlberg, is an amazingly well-written and incredibly fast paced techno thriller which has at its heart a world teetering on the brink of a breakdown because of a computer virus.
It is, quite simply, one of those novels that has something for everyone: conceptually breathtaking, emotionally compelling and paced throughout with high-octane pursuit, Mona is a 21st century thriller of the very highest quality.

How scientists made a killer virus airborne — and who should know …

Last summer, scientists performed an experiment that could have been ripped from the script of a Hollywood thriller. Sealed off in high-tech laboratories in the Netherlands and Wisconsin, researchers transformed one of the world’s most deadly viruses, transmissible by direct contact, into versions capable of spreading through the air.

Visit to Canada: reading and lunch at the swedish embassy

Sweden’s ambassador to Canada, Teppo Tauriainen, invited his friends for a "thriller lunch". Me, Jacob and Thomas did some reading and discussed Scandinavian fiction with the guests.
